Acceptance of Terms​

By accessing and using the website www.iqpdb.com and the iqpdb™ platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Description of Services​

iqpdb™ is a field service management platform developed and operated by JAMCON™ Industrial Services Serbia D.O.O. Our services include web-based and on-premise software for managing field service operations, incident management, reporting, analytics and related functions for industrial manufacturing organizations.

User Accounts​

To access certain features of iqpdb™, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use.

Acceptable Use​

You agree to use iqpdb™ only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the platform in any way that violates applicable local, national or international laws or regulations
  • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
  • Use the platform to store or transmit malicious code
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the platform
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl or extract data from the platform without prior written consent

Intellectual Property​

All content, features and functionality of iqpdb™ — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons and images — are the exclusive property of JAMCON™ Industrial Services Serbia D.O.O. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

iqpdb™ and JAMCON™ are registered trademarks of JAMCON™ Industrial Services Serbia D.O.O. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or exploit any content from our platform without prior written permission.

Customer Data​

Data entered into iqpdb™ by your organization remains your property at all times. JAMCON™ does not claim ownership of your data.

For on-premise deployments, your data never leaves your own network infrastructure. For cloud-assisted features, data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We will not access your data except as necessary to provide technical support, and only with your explicit consent.

Service Availability​

We strive to maintain high availability of the iqpdb™ platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates or modifications at any time.

We will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned maintenance periods where possible.

Payment and Licensing​

Access to iqpdb™ is provided under a licensing agreement. Licensing terms, pricing and payment conditions are outlined in your individual service agreement with JAMCON™ Industrial Services Serbia D.O.O.

Money-Back Guarantee​

We stand behind iqpdb™. If the platform does not meet the performance and functionality promises outlined in your service agreement, we offer a two-month money-back guarantee. Terms of this guarantee are detailed in your individual service agreement.

Limitation of Liability​

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JAMCON™ Industrial Services Serbia D.O.O. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of iqpdb™, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification​

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless JAMCON™ Industrial Services Serbia D.O.O., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

Third-Party Services​

iqpdb™ may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or terms of any third-party services. Use of third-party integrations is at your own risk.

Modifications to Terms​

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users via email. Your continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Termination​

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to iqpdb™ at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction​

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Golubac, Serbia.
