This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies www.iqpdb.com uses, what they do, who provides them, and how you control them. It forms part of our Privacy Policy. The website is operated by JAMCON™ Industrial Services Serbia D.O.O. — see our Impressum.
The short version
By default this website sets one cookie: the one that remembers your cookie choices. Two optional services are switched off until you turn them on:
- Google Analytics — anonymous statistics about how the site is used.
- Apollo.io — identifies the company you are visiting from (not you personally) so our sales team can follow up.
Neither loads before you decide. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time — here, or via “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page.
You have not made a choice yet, so only strictly necessary cookies are set.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser so it can recognise the browser on later requests. Similar technologies — browser local storage, scripts that read your IP address and browser characteristics — are covered by this policy in the same way, and we refer to all of them as “cookies” below.
Cookies we use
1. Strictly necessary — always on
These are required for the website to work and to honour your choices. They do not track you across sites and need no consent.

2. Analytics — optional, requires your consent
Provider: Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (Google Analytics 4).
What it does: collects aggregated statistics about how visitors use the site — which pages are viewed, for how long, how visitors arrive (search, LinkedIn, direct), the type of device and browser, and the approximate region. We use this to understand what content is useful and to improve the website. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses, and we do not use it for advertising or remarketing.

Data is processed by Google on servers that may be located in the United States; Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. More in Google’s privacy policy and in How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can also block Google Analytics in every browser with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
3. Visitor identification — optional, requires your consent
Provider: Apollo.io (ZenLeads Inc. d/b/a Apollo.io), Covina, California, USA.
What it does, in plain language: when you switch this on, a script from Apollo.io runs on every page you view. It stores a random identifier in your browser, and for every page you open it sends Apollo that identifier, the page address, the page you came from and any campaign tags in the link (utm_…). From your IP address Apollo works out the company you are visiting from — for example “someone at Manufacturer X looked at the Modules page and the Savings Calculator”. It does not tell us who you are.
What it does not do here — person-level identification: Apollo also sells an add-on that tries to identify the person behind a visit, by loading a further service (LiveIntent, liadm.com) that can return a hashed form of an e-mail address associated with your browser. We have not bought that add-on and do not use it. In addition, our website switches that step off in your browser before Apollo’s script starts, so it cannot run regardless of Apollo’s settings. If we ever decided to use it, this policy would change and the banner would ask for your consent again.
Why we do it: iqpdb is sold business-to-business. Knowing that someone from a particular manufacturer looked at, say, our Modules or Savings Calculator pages lets our sales team prioritise who to contact and prepare a relevant conversation instead of a generic one.
What we do not do with it: we do not use it for advertising or retargeting, we do not sell the data, and it is not shared with anyone other than Apollo.io (as our processor) and JAMCON’s sales team.

Withdrawing consent here removes these entries from your browser (and, defensively, any entry the disabled person-level step could have left).
Where the data goes: to Apollo.io in the United States (aplo-evnt.com). Apollo.io states that it is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; the transfer is additionally covered by Apollo’s data processing terms and the safeguards required under Chapter V of the GDPR. What we do not use
There are no advertising or retargeting cookies on this website (no Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Insight Tag or similar) and no social-media plug-ins that set cookies. This website has no user accounts or login, so it sets no authentication cookies. The iqpdb™ application your organisation may use is a separate system, governed by the agreement between JAMCON and your organisation.
Your choices
On your first visit a banner asks whether to allow the two optional categories. Until you choose, only the strictly necessary cookie is set.
Change your mind at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page, or the button at the top of this policy. Switching a category off stops further collection immediately: the related cookies and local-storage entries are deleted where technically possible and the page reloads so the third-party script no longer runs. Data already collected while the category was on is held by Google or Apollo under their own policies; if you would like it deleted, contact us and we will pass the request on.
Your browser also lets you block or delete cookies for any site. Doing so for iqpdb.com will not break the website, but we will ask for your cookie choice again on your next visit.
Re-asking: if we add a category or materially change this policy, the banner will appear again so you can decide afresh. Otherwise your choice is remembered for 6 months.
Legal basis
Optional cookies are set only with your prior consent — Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive as implemented in EU/EEA member states, and the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection. You can withdraw consent at any time as described above; withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it. Strictly necessary cookies rely on our legitimate interest in operating a working, secure website and in honouring your choices.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page whenever the cookies or services we use change, and record the date at the top. Where a change adds a new purpose or provider, we will ask for your consent again.
